Founded in 1998, We, The World is a 501c3 non-profit organization that forms international networks of collaboration and produces major events to increase public awareness and action regarding critical societal issues.
Our mission is to maximize social change on a global scale. We are working to awaken a spirit of caring and involvement in the public so that millions of people begin to see themselves as part of one global interdependent community - and actively take part in creating a world that works for all !
Our programs and events are designed to Inspire, Inform and Involve increasing numbers of people in the growing global movement that has the consciousness of peace and service to people and the planet at its core.
In September 2004, we launched 11 Days of Global Unity - now an annual worldwide promotion of peace and sustainability with more than 500 events in over 60 countries around the world.
To achieve a Livable Future for our world we will need a massive shift of personal and societal priorities and resources. But we feel that societal transformation can only take place alongside personal transformation.
